Baigiamajame magistro darbe „Nekilnojamojo turto valdymo tyrimas emocijų valdymo požiūriu” apžvelgtos aktualiausios emocijos, su kuriomis susiduriama nekilnojamojo turto valdymo srityje, aprašoma emocijų kultūra ir raiška bei emocijų fiziologija, fiziologinės kai kurių emocijų būsenos, emocijų išgyvenimas, jų poreikis pagal žmogaus prigimtį. Išnagrinėta streso įtaka žmogui, streso atsiradimo priežastys darbe bei po darbo, aprašytos galimos streso pasekmės ir streso valdymas. Supažindinama su motyvacijos teorijomis, pagrįstomis žmonių elgesiu, bei motyvacijos priemonėmis darbe. Išnagrinėti darbo našumo didinimo klausimai ir darbo našumo matavimo problemos. Aprašyta nekilnojamojo turto įmonė, įmonės struktūra bei veikla, taip pat supažindinama su įmonės valdymo problemomis. Darbe išsamiai paaiškintas intelektinės sistemos kūrimas, sistemos kūrimo tikslas bei uždaviniai, smulkiai aprašyti apklausos atlikimo etapai bei gauti rezultatai. At the final master's work called „Real Estate Management with Special Emphasis on Emotions Management” overviewed the most actual emotions related with real esate management. The culture, expression and physiology of emotions, some of the physiological state of emotions, emotions and feelings of the need of human nature are described. Examined the influence of stress in humans, the causes of stress at work and after work, described the possible effects of stress and stress management. Introduced to the motivation theories, reasonable human behavior and motivation to work. Consider issues of productivity improvement and performance measurement problems. Described real estate company, business structure and operations, as well as an introduction to corporate governance issues.The final work explains in details how the intellectual system was developed, system's development goals and objectives, details of the survey in the stages and the results are described. Summarizing gotten results, conclusions and recommendations are obtained.Work consists: 57 pages, 24 pictires, 4 tables.
