Magistro darbo tikslas - atlikus teorinių šaltinių analizę, pateikti sodininkų bendrijos nekilnojamojo turto plėtros modelį. Iškelti uždaviniai pasiekti trimis etapais. Išanalizuota nekilnojamojo turto samprata ir kiti su tema susiję teoriniai aspektai. Apžvelgtos nekilnojamojo turto plėtrai poveikį darančios strategijos. Pagal parengtą viziją sukurtas teorinis modelis dėl sodininkų bendrijų nekilnojamojo turto plėtros tendencijų.Magistro darbą sudaro trys dalys. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados, literatūros ir šaltinių sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 88 psl.
The main aim of Master's Thesis is to propose The model of Real estate development in the gardening communities after theoretical papers are analyzed. This aim is developed by three main steps. The conception of the Real Estate and other aspects related with the Real Estate are analysed. Strategies that are important to the development of the Real Estate are reviewed. According the prepared vision the model of Real estate development in the gardening communities is composed.There are three parts in the Master's Thesis. There are conclusions, literature and sources list in the end of the Master's Thesis. Scope of the work is 88 pages.
