Research of expenditure of transport infrastructure projects construction.

Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama transporto infrastruktūros reikšmė šalies ūkiui ir jos raida, statybos kainų pokyčių analizė, UAB „SISTELA” parengtų statybos išteklių normatyvų ir kainų analizė, o taip pat atlikti transporto infrastruktūros statybos rinkos tyrimai. Jie parodė, kad esamomis ekonominėmis sąlygomis lemiamas veiksnys yra ne gamybiniai pasiekimai o investicijos.
In master diploma work the importance of transport infrastructure for the planned economy of the country and it's development (evolution) is being discussed. The analysis of construction price changes, UAB „SISTELA” the prepared construction source standards and the price analysis and the research is made of construction market of transport infrastructure. They showed that according to the existing conditions of the economy the main activity is not the achievement of the production but investment.
