Darbo tikslai - Virtualios realybės ir jos taikymo nekilnojamojo turto sektoriuje analizė, nekilnojamojo turto objekto virtualaus turo kūrimas bei nacionalinio sveiko būsto sertifikavimo modelio jame panaudojimas.Pirmajame darbo skyriuje apžvelgiama ir nagrinėjama virtualios realybės samprata bei apibrėžimai, sąsaja su nekilnojamuoju turtu, pateikiamos virtualios realybės formos, įteigimo metodai ir taikomumas. Antrajame skyriuje nagrinėjamos virtualių turtų taikymo tendencijos, palyginami virtualių turų tipai. Tiriamos virtualių turų kūrimo technologijos, aprašomos virtualių turų panaudojimo galimybės. Vienas iš darbo tikslų - sukurti pasirinkto nekilnojamojo turto objekto virtualųjį turą. Trečiame skyriuje aprašomas trijų kambarių buto virtualaus turo kūrimo procesas. Ketvirtame darbo skyriuje išdėstoma nacionalinio sveiko būsto sertifikavimo modelio esmė ir jos pritaikymas sukurtame virtualiame ture, aprašomi daugiakriterės analizės metodai. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados.Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas; virtualios realybės samprata; virtuali realybė nekilnojamajame turte; pasirinkto nekilnojamojo turto objekto virtualaus turo kūrimas; nacionalinio sveiko būsto sertifikavimo modelio taikymas virtualiame ture; išvados; literatūros sąrašas. The aim of the final master's thesis - analysis of virtual reality and its application to the real estate sector. The real estate object virtual tour creation using housing health and safety rating system in it.The first chapter provides an overview and analyzes the virtual reality concept and definitions, virtual reality interface with real estate, representation techniques and applicability. The second chapter deals with the application of virtual property trend, comparable types of virtual tours. Investigates the development of virtual tour creation technology, describes the use of virtual tour possibilities. One of the aims of the final master's thesis - the selected real estate object virtual tour creation, so the third chapter describes the three-room apartment virtual tour creation process. The fourth chapter of the final thesis is a housing health and safety rating system and its application in created virtual tour. Also there is described the multiple analysis methods. The final thesis ends with the conclusions.The thesis comprises of seven parts: introduction; the concept of virtual reality; virtual reality in real estate assets; selected real estate object virtual tour creation; housing health and safety rating system adaptation to virtual tour; the conclusions; and the list of literature.There are 97 pages text without appendices, 59 illustrations, 6 tables and 65 references in the thesis.
