Anykščių miesto vakarinės dalies modernizacija, plėtojant miesto rekreacinę funkciją

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama rekreacijos ir turizmo svarba miestuose, rekreacinio potencialo vystymo galimybės, rekreacinių želdynų ir miesto socialinės aplinkos sąveika, rekreacinių želdynų formavimo principai ir problematika. Tyrimo metu susipažįstama su šiuolaikiniais kurortinių miestų plėtros principais, rekreacijos ir turizmo vystymo strategijomis, konkrečių pasiūlymų pavyzdžiais rekreaciniam potencialui vystyti ar stiprinti bei lyginama rekreacinės funkcijos mieste svarba skirtinguose analoguose. Atlikus tiriamąjį darbą apie šiuolaikinių kurortinių miestų plėtros principus, padaromos išvados, kurios vėliau kartu su nagrinėtais pavyzdžiais bandomos pritaikyti rengiant Anykščių miesto vakarinės dalies modernizacijos, plėtojant rekreacinę funkciją, galimybių studiją. Prieš pateikiant rajono vystymo koncepciją, išanalizuojamas Anykščių regiono bei miesto rekreacinis potencialas, atliekama miesto funkcinė, erdvinė bei kompozicinė analizė, nagrinėjama susisiekimo sistema, gamtinio karkaso ypatumai, užstatymo charakteris, kultūros paveldo objektų sklaida. Atliekant detalią projektuojamos vakarinės miesto dalies teritorijos analizę, nagrinėjama esama teritorijos paskirtis, jos vaidmuo funkcinėje, erdvinėje bei kompozicinėje miesto struktūroje, susisiekimo sistema, gamtinių elementų būklė, pagrindiniai kompozicijos bruožai. Analizės metu randamos miesto bei projektuojamos teritorijos probleminės vietos, atskleidžiamos potencialios plėtros galimybės, pateikiami vystymo siūlymai.
The importance of tourism and recreation in urban areas, recreational potential development opportunities, recreational green space and urban social interaction in the environment, recreational green space development principles and problems are being analysed in this final Master thesis. You get known with modern principles of urban development of resort towns, recreation and tourism development strategies, examples of certain proposals of the potential for recreational development. The importance of recreational function in the cities is being compared in different examples. After the research work of the modern resort town development principles is done, conclusions are drawn. Conclusions and the samples of the modern resort town development principles are used to prepare a proposal for Modernisation of western part of Anykščiai town by developing the recreational function of the town.Before giving proposals for the developmental concept of the area, the potential of recreation of the region and town of Anykščiai has been analysed in this final Master thesis. The functional, spatial and composite analysis has been done. The communication system, peculiarity of natural frame, character of development and spread of the objects of the cultural heritage has been explored. The purpose of the existing territory, its part in functional, spatial and composite town structure, communication system, state of the natural units, the main features of the composition have been analysed while doing the detailed analysis of the project-based territory of the western part of the town. While doing the analysis the problematic places of the town and project-based territory have been found. The potential opportunities of the development have been revealed and developmental proposals are given in this paper work.
