5S metodo diegimo tobulinimas konditerijos pramonės įmonėse

Baigiamajame magistro darbe atliktos 5S metodo raidos ir naudos analizės, padaryta diegimo sėkmės veiksnių analizė, atlikta Lietuvos maisto pramonės apžvalga, išnagrinėti maisto saugos ir kokybės reikalavimai Lietuvoje ir pasaulyje bei 5S metodo diegimo modelių analizė. Taip pat pateikti 5S metodo diegimo konditerijos pramonės įmonėse empiriniu tyrimų rezultatai. Naudojantis moksline literatūra ir tyrimo rezultatais sukurtas 5S metodo diegimo modelis konditerijos pramonės įmonėms, sukurta diegimo schema bei aprašyti diegimo žingsniai. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius 5S metodo diegimo aspektus pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 3 dalys, į kurias įeina: įvadas, 5S metodo diegimo pramonės įmonėse teorinių aspektų analizė, 5S metodo diegimo konditerijos pramonės įmonėse empiriniai tyrimai, 5S metodo diegimo modelis konditerijos pramonės, išvados ir siūlymai bei literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 68 p. teksto be priedų, 38 iliustracijų, 7 lentelės, 26 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
5S method developement and advantages analysis, instalation success factor analysis, Lithuanian food industry overview, food safety and quality requirement investigated globaly and 5S method model instalation analysis were made in this final work for Master degree. Rezults of empirical studies for installing 5S method in confectionery factories are given. 5S method installation model was created for condectionery factories using the help of scientific literature and the rezults of the studies, an installation scheme was created togehter with the steps of how to instal it. Conclusions and suggestions of the final work are given, after analyzing the theoretical and practical aspects of installing the 5S method. This work includes: introduction, theoretical aspects analysis of installing the 5S method into industrial companies, empirical studies of 5S method installation into confectionery factories, 5S method installation model for confectionery industry factories, conclusions and suggestions together with the list of used literature. Thesis consists of: 68 - p. text without appendixes, 38 pictures, 7 tables, 26 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
