Gamta grįsta regeneracija: postindustrinių teritorijų urbanistinė pertvarkymo koncepcija Panevėžyje

Baigiamąjame magistro darbe tiriamos apleistos pramoninės zonos, užimančios strategiškai patogias teritorijas mieste bei tapusios sovietmečiu suformuoto industrinio miesto, šalies identiteto dalimi. Pastaraisiais dešimtmečiais, šios vietovės susiduria su pertvarkymo ir integravimo iššūkiais ypač besitraukiančio miesto kontekste. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - įvertinus postsovietinių industrinių teritorijų keliamą problematiką besitraukiančiame mieste, parengti „Ekrano” teritorijos regeneracijos pasiūlymus, taikant gamta paremtų sprendimų principus teritorijos reintegravimui Panevėžio mieste. Darbe apžvelgiama apleistų pramoninių teritorijų specifika ir urbanistinio regeneravimo praktiniai atvejai bei jiems taikomų urbanistinio regeneravimo priemonių spektras siekiant jas pertvarkyti ir integruoti į miesto audinį. Tiriami Panevėžio miesto struktūra ir jos dėsningumai bei pramoninės teritorijos „Ekranas” urbanistiniai ypatumai. Aptariama tolimesnė šios teritorijos socioekonominė reikšmė ir galimybės skirtingo mastelio kontekste. Rengiama urbanistinės regeneracijos koncepcija, kurios sprendiniai remiasi į metodinėje dalyje išskirtus industrinių teritorijų ir besitraukiančio miesto problematiką sprendžiančius užsienio pavyzdžių modelius bei gamta pagrįstų sprendimų taikymo galimybes, atkuriant suirusius urbanistinės struktūros ryšius revitalizuojant apleistą miesto zoną. Darbą sudaro tekstinė byla, grafinė medžiaga (5 juostos 70 x 200 cm) ir maketas (M 1:1000). Tekstinės bylos sudėtis: įvadas, analitinė-metodinė, eksperimentinė-tiriamoji, eksperimentinė-projektinė dalys, išvados ir priedai (106 p. teksto be priedų, 65 iliustr., 4 lent., 51 bibl. šaltinis).
The final master's thesis examines brownfields, which are located in a strategically convienient parts of a city and are part of the former soviet-era industrial city identity. To this day, these areas face challenges of transformation and integration in the context of a shrinking city. The aim of the final work is to prepare the proposals for the regeneration of the „Ekranas” territory, applying the principles of nature-based solutions to the reintegration of the territory in Panevėžys, after assessing the problems caused by the post-soviet industrial territories in the shrinking city. The paper discusses the further socio-economic significance of these areas in contexts of different scales in order to transform and integrate them into the fabric of the city. The thesis analyses the structure of Panevėžys city, its regularities and industrial properties of the „Ekranas” territory. A concept for urban regeneration is being developed, whose solutions are based on the models of foreign examples dealing with the problems of industrial territories and the shrinking city as well as the possibilities of applying nature-based solutions, restoring the broken ties of the urban structure, as it is analysed in the methodical part. Structure: text part, graphic part (5 stripes 70x200 cm) and a model. Text part consists of: introduction, analytical-methodical, experimental-research, experimental-design parts, conclusions and appendixes (106 p. of text without appendixes, 65 pictures, 4 tables, 51 bibliographical entries).
