Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama šiuolaikinės pramonės architektūros estetika, apleistų pramonės kompleksų ir jų rekonstrukcijos problemos. Nagrinėjami esminiai principai lėmę pramonės architektūros nuvertėjimą. Darbe pateikiamos apleistų kompleksų, jų renovacijos ir pramonės estetikos klasifikacijos, išanalizuoti privalumai bei trūkumai, pateikti pramoninės estetikos reikalaujantys aspektai. Remiantis įgautomis žiniomis pateikiami projektiniai siūlymai apjungiantys miesto gyvenimą, pramonės estetiką apleistoje teritorijoje reikalaujančioje pagerinti urbanistinę situaciją ir vietos gyventojų poreikius. Išnagrinėjus teorinės ir vietos architektūros analizės problemas, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados su projektiniais siūlymais.Darbą sudaro: įvadas, teorinė ir praktinė dalys, išvados ir siūlymai, iliustracijos sąrašas, literatūros sąrašas, priedai, reprezentuojančiu darbą plančetu ir maketu.Darbo apimtis - 99 p. teksto be priedų, 84 iliustr., 27 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The Master thesis deals with the modern aesthetics of industrial architecture, the problems of abandoned industrial complexes and their reconstruction. The main principles that have determined the depreciation of industrial architecture are examined. The paper presents descriptions of abandoned complexes, classifications of their renovation and industrial aesthetics, analyses their advantages and disadvantages, and introduces the aspects requiring industrial aesthetics. Based on the acquired knowledge, project proposals are made combining urban life, industrial aesthetics in the abandoned area demanding the improvement of the urban situation and the needs of local population. After analysing the problems of theoretical and local architecture, the conclusions are drawn and the project proposals are presented.Constituent parts: introduction, theoretical and practical parts, conclusions and proposals, list of figures, list of references, appendices, the model representing the paper.Volume - 99 pages of text excluding appendices, 84 figures, 27 bibliographic sources.Appendices to the paper are attached separately.
