Krovinių pristatymo gavėjui vėlavimo priežasčių tyrimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe tiriamos krovinių pristatymo gavėjams vėlavimo problemos, aiškinamos jų priežastys, siūlomi pagrįsti problemų sprendimo būdai. Darbe pateikta logistikos ir klasterizacijos samprata teoriniu lygmeniu, apžvelgtos pagrindinės krovinių pristatymo gavėjams vėlavimo priežastys bei jų neigiama įtaka transporto įmonėms. Aptarta klasterizacijos metodo teikiama nauda klasterio dalyviams, įvertintos šio metodo pritaikymo galimybės transporto sektoriuje. Siekiant nustatyti pagrindines krovinių pristatymo gavėjams vėlavimo priežastis buvo atlikti 2 tyrimai - anketinė apklausa ir interviu. Interviu naudojamas kaip papildoma priemonė patvirtinti arba paneigti anketinės apklausos rezultatus. Anketinės apklausos ir interviu respondentų nuomonės buvo palygintos tarpusavyje siekiant patikimų rezultatų. Tyrimo metu išanalizuotos pagrindinės problemos, su kuriomis susiduriama pristatant krovinius gavėjams. Remiantis gautais rezultatais pasiūlyta transporto parkų atnaujinimo galimybė, naudojamų technologijų atnaujinimo būtinybė informacijos sklaidos bei komunikacijos įmonės viduje užtikrinimui, pateiktas klasterio modelis kaip alternatyva iškylančioms problemoms spręsti. Šie būdai padėtų sumažinti iškylančių problemų kiekį krovinių transportavimo metu ir užtikrintų sėkmingą įmonės veiklą.Darbą sudaro: įvadas, 4 pagrindinės dalys: teoriniai logistikos ir klasterizacijos aspektai, krovinių pristatymo gavėjams vėlavimo priežasčių tyrimas, klasterio modelio pritaikymo Lietuvos transporto sektoriuje pasiūlymas, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. The final thesis studies the problem of cargo delivery delays to the recipients, explains their reasons and offers reasonable solutions.The work presents a concept of clustering and logistics at the theoretical level, overviews the main reasons of the delays of cargo delivery and their negative impact on transport companies. There is discussed the clustering method and its benefits for cluster participants and evaluated application of this method in the transport sector. In order to identify the main causes of delay in cargo delivery to clients 2 trials have been carried out - a survey and interviews. Interview is used as an additional tool to confirm or deny the results of the questionnaire survey. The study analyzes the main problems encountered in the delivery of goods to recipients. According to the obtained results of the study there is offered the option of the fleet renewal and the need to upgrade technologies in order to ensure the dissemination of information and communication within the company. The model of the cluster is also presented as an alternative to solve the problems. These techniques would help to reduce amount of the problems which arise during the transportation of cargo and to ensure the success of the company.Work consist of: introduction, 4 main parts: theoretical aspects of logistics ans clusters, the study on the causes of delay in cargo delivery to the recipient, the suggestion of cluster model of adaption in Lithuanian transport, conclusions and recommenations, the list of literature.
