This shows that the characteristics of the real estate market around the world are also changing, so it is relevant to assess the stability of today's real estate market.The purpose of the research is to analyze the features of the real estate market and to assess the influence of global trends on real estate market changes.Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, analysis of statistical data, expert assessment, forecasting.Scope of work: 63 pages without appendixes.
