Magistro baigiamajame darbe pasitelkus mokslinės literatūros analizę, pateikiama veiklos restruktūrizavimo samprata, išskiriami restruktūrizavimo tipai bei teoriniu aspektu analizuojama oro bendrovių svarba imtis veiklos restruktūrizavimo COVID-19 pandemijos iššūkių kontekste. Nagrinėjamos ir aiškinamos pagrindinės priežastys lėmusios imtis veiklos restruktūrizavimo ir apžvelgiamos priemonės, kurių ėmėsi oro bendrovės norėdamos jį įgyvendinti. Pateikiamas parengtas veiklos restruktūrizavimo proceso įgyvendinimo vertinimo modelis, padedantis oro bendrovėms parengti veiklos restruktūrizavimo planą, atlikta atvejo analizė. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, literatūros analizė, tyrimo metodika, rezultatai, išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbo apimtis - 56 psl. be priedų, 14 iliustracijos, 8 lentelės, 45 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The master's thesis presents the analysis of the scientific literature, presents the concept of operational restructuring, distinguishes the types of restructuring and analyzes the importance of airlines undertaking operational restructuring in the context of the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic from a theoretical point of view. It examines and explains the main reasons that led to the restructuring and inspection measures taken by the airlines in order to implement it. A prepared evaluation model for the implementation of the operational restructuring process is presented, which helps airlines to prepare an operational restructuring plan, and a case study has been carried out. The work consists of 6 parts: introduction, literature analysis, research methodology, results, conclusions and proposals. The scope of the work is 56 pages. without appendices, 14 illustrations, 8 tables, 45 bibliographic sources. Appendixes included.
