Kriterijų reikšmingumo kiekybinio vertinimo metodai
Sprendimo priėmimo sistemose plačiai taikomi daugiakriteriai vertinimo metodai. Daugiakriterių (MCDM - angl. Multiple Criteria Decision Making) metodų pagrindą sudaro kriterijų, charakterizuojančių vertinimo objektą, reikšmės ir kriterijų reikšmingumai (svoriai). Reikšmingumams nustatyti dažniausiai naudojami subjektyvūs svoriai - ekspertų vertinimai. Yra žinomi keli tokio vertinimo būdai: rangavimas; tiesioginis ir netiesioginis svorių nustatymai; porinio palyginimo: AHP (angl. Analytic Hierarchy Process) ir ANP (angL. Analytic Network Process); SWARA (angl. Darbo apimtis - 61 p. teksto be priedų, 4 iliustr., 26 lent., 105 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
One of the main steps of multi-criteria MCDM (Multiple Criteria Decision Making) analysis is the determination of the criteria weights by using expert systems. The most commonly used methods include ranking of the criteria in the priority order according to their significance for the investigated problem; a direct approach; an indirect approach; pair wise comparison (Saaty's approach - AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP (Analytic Network Process) methods); SWARA (Step-Wise Weights Assessment Ratio Analysis) method. Moreover, for determination of significance may be used data frames - objective weights. The brand-new methods: KEMIRA (KEmeny Median Indicator Ranks Accordance) method, a posteriori estimation of the criteria weights, decision tree, correlation estimation of the criteria weights and so on, were researched and applied in this job.Structure: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, references, accessories.Thesis consist. of: 61 p. text without appendixes, 4 pictures, 26 tables, 105 bibliographical entries.
