Darbo apimtis - 70 p. teksto be priedų, 27 iliustracijų, 11 lentelių, 76 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
This Master thesis presents the research based on fluorides are removed from artificial water with increased fluoride concentrations. Increased fluoride concentrations are found in drinking water worldwide. In groundwater of Skuodas and Plungė, Telšiai, Palanga and Klaipėda districts the concentration of fluorides is about 3 mg/l, in Kretinga district up to 6 - 6.5 mg/l. According to the water hygiene standard HN 24: 2017, the concentration of fluorides in drinking water should not exceed 1.5 mg/l. Excess fluorine levels cause spotting tooth diseases, dental skeletal fluorosis, and so on. With a fluoride concentration of 3,0 mg/l, iron-rich residues dry out has been found to have the most effective dose of sorbent at 60 g/l (150 min.), sapropel - 200 g/l, (with mixing for 120 min.), coffe grounds - 50 g/l (mixing for 150 min). With a fluoride concentration of 6,0 mg/l, the most effective iron-rich residues dry out was dried with a dose of 80 g/l (120 minutes mixing). With a fluoride concentration of 3,0 mg/l, the maximum sorption efficiency of iron-rich residues dry out is 0,056 mg/g and the applied coffee grounds are 0,035 mg/g. Sapropel - maximum 0,017 mg/g at 120 min. contact time. Structure: introduction, review, methods and materials, results, conclusions, references. Thesis consist of: 70 p. text without appendixes, 27 pictures, 11 tables, 76 bibliographical entries.
