Pagrindinis ir svarbiausias magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti Lietuvos Karinių oro pajėgų sraigtasparnių eskadrilės personalo rengimo sistemą, identifikuoti problemines sritis ir pateikti siūlymus personalo rengimo sistemos tobulinimui.Išanalizavus KOP sraigtasparnių eskadrilės lakūnų rengimo sistemą ir atlikus pokalbį su sraigtasparnių eskadrilės vadu, paaiškėjo kad pagrindinės probleminės sritys pasireiškia lakūnų mokymo organizavime ir vykdyme. Faktoriai turintys poveikį sraigtasparnių eskadrilės lakūnų ruošimui yra šie: mokymams naudojami sraigtasparniai, personalo ir naudojamos technikos trūkūmas, susistemintos literatūros bazės nebuvimas ir su mokymo metodika nesupažindintas lakūnams konsultacijas vedantis inžinerinis personalas.Atsižvelgus į lakūnų rengimo sistemoje rastas problemines sritis, darbe pateikiami siūlymai personalo rengimo sistemai tobulinti. Tai mokomojo sraigtasparnio įsigyjimas, mokomosios literatūros bazės parengimas ir poros nuolatinių lakūnų - instruktorių paskyrimas atsakingais už lakūnų praktinį ir teorinį apmokymą.Darbą sudaro: Įvadas, analitinė dalis, siūlymai ir išvados, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis: 53 puslapiai be priedų
The main and the most important purpose of this master thesis is to analyse Lithuania Air Force Helicopter Squadron staff training system, to identify the problem areas and to present suggestions for the improvement of the system. After the analysis of the system was carried out and an interview with the Commander of the helicopter squadron it appeared that the greatest problem concern the the organizing and executing the training of pilots. Factors influencing the training of the squadron pilots are the following: the lack of helicopters necessary for the training , lack of the training personel and technical means, there is no systemic training material resource centre and the technical personel consulting the pilots have no training in teaching methodology.Taking into account the problem areas of the pilot training that became aparent during the investigation, a set of means to improve the existing system are presented. This would be: an aquisition of a training helicopter, the arrangement of the training resource centre and there is a necessity of a couple training pilot-instructors who would work on a permanent basis and would carry out the responsibility for technical and practical training of the pilots.The thesis contains : Introduction, an anaalytical part, Conclusions and suggestions, a List of bibliography.The main part of the work contains 53 pages.
