Aptariami SOA ypatumai bei pritaikymas. Šio darbo tikslas - atlikti kosmetikos įmonės sutarčių sudarymo procesų modeliavimą bei išanalizuoti gautus rezultatus. Tam tikslui pasirinktas IBM WebSphere Business Modeler produktas, kuriuo sumodeliuoti trys procesų modeliai: realiu laiku įmonėje teikiamos paslaugos, iš dalies internetu atliekamos paslaugos ir visiškai internetu atliekamos paslaugos, kuria naudotųsi klientas. Atliktos analizės, kuriomis įvertinamas visiškai internetu atliekamos paslaugos procesas, lyginant jį su realiai ir iš dalies vykstančiu procesu, laiko, lėšų bei patogumo atžvilgiu.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, sutarčių sudarymo metodų analizė, veiklos procesų modeliavimo priemonių analizė, sutarčių sudarymo procesų modeliavimas, išvados bei literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 58 psl. teksto be priedų, 36 pav., 9 lent., 22 literatūros šaltiniai.
