Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje dalyje analizuojama mokslinė literatūra, straipsniai ir kiti su darbo tema susiję šaltiniai, siekiant apibūdinti darnios plėtros ir žiedinės ekonomikos sąvokas bei principus, žiedinės ekonomikos taikymą statyboje. Antroje dalyje aptariami medinių daugiaaukščių pastatų gerosios praktikos pavyzdžiai. Trečioje dalyje atliekamas pusiau struktūruotas interviu, siekiant išsiaiškinti Lietuvos įmonių požiūrį į medinę statybą ir žiedinės ekonomikos taikymą. Remiantis gauta informacija atliekama SSGG analizė, pateikiamos strategijos, kaip skatinti medinių pastatų statybos plėtrą Lietuvoje. Pateikiamos išvados ir siūlymai. Darbo apimtis: 62 puslapiai be priedų. Darbe yra 11 lentelių, 29 paveikslai, 40 bibliografinių šaltinių. Atskirai pridedami 3 darbo priedai.
The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part analyzes the scientific literature, articles and other sources related to the topic of the work in order to describe the concepts and principles of sustainable development and the circular economy, the application of the circular economy in construction. The second part discusses the good practices of wooden high-rise buildings. In the third part, semi-structured interview is performed in order to find out the commitment ofof Lithuanian construction companies to apply circular economy and develop timber construction projects.y. Based on the information received, the SWOT analysis is performed and the strategies for the development of wooden construction in Lithuania are proposed. Conclusions and recommenadations are presented at the end of work.. Scope of work: 62 pages without appendixes. Work includes 11 tables, 29 figures, 40 bibliographical entries. 3 appendices are attached separately.
