Statinio informacinio modeliavimo (BIM) projektų vertinimo rodikliai
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama statinio informacinio modelio vertinimo problema, BIM modelio vertinimo būtinumas ir tikslai, užsienio šalių patirtis šioje srityje. Sudarytas suvestinis kriterijų sąrašas BIM modeliui vertinti. Kiekvienam vertinimo kriterijui yra priskirtas įvertinimo balas. Kriterijai sugrupuoti BIM brandos lygio didėjimo tvarka. Atitinkamam balų skaičiui nustatomas BIM modelio kokybės vertinimo lygis. Pagal siuloma vertinimo sistemą buvo įvertinti penki BIM modeliai. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius BIM modelio vertinimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, BIM modelio sandara, BIM modelio rodiklių vertinimo kriterijai, BIM modelio vertinimo sistemos taikymas, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 67 p. teksto su priedais, 25 iliustr., 5 lent., 23 bibliografinių šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final master's thesis examines the problem of static information model evaluation, the necessity and goals of BIM model evaluation, the experience of foreign countries in this field. A summary list of criteria for evaluating the BIM model has been compiled. A rating score is assigned to each criterion. The criteria are grouped in ascending order of BIM maturity. The level of quality assessment of the BIM model is determined for the corresponding number of points. Five BIM models were evaluated according to the proposed evaluation system. After analyzing the theoretical and practical aspects of BIM model evaluation, the conclusions and suggestions of the final work are presented.Structure: introduction, BIM model structure, Criteria for evaluating BIM model indicators, Application of BIM model evaluation system, conclusions and recommendations, list of literature.Thesis consist of: 66 p. text without appendixes, 25 pictures, 5 tables, 23 bibliographical entries.Work appendixes are attached separately.
