Having strong leadership is crucial in every industry. Therefore, if a business wants to improve sales and visibility in the marketplace, it must foster positive relationships with its staff. Current studies investigate several leadership approaches used in India's construction industry. The expansion of India's construction sector depends on the use of effective management and leadership practices. To fill this gap, we will (1) examine the leadership practices of senior executives in India's construction sector, (2) examine the connection between leadership and employee engagement, and (3) evaluate the impact of leadership on brand loyalty. To evaluate the study's aim, a survey was developed and administered. Sixty workers were chosen for the survey. In this study, we questioned the top tier of management at three different construction firms, as well as engineers and managers overseeing the field crews. The survey asks respondents 25 questions about themselves and their experiences in the following areas: demographics, leadership styles, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Response data was analyzed using the mean, standard deviation, and confidence interval. The findings indicate that the upper management at firm A practices effective forms of leadership, and the findings also reveal that the employees are dedicated to the organization and happy with the jobs that they do. Nevertheless, workers at firms B and C were dissatisfied with the leadership styles employed by management, unhappy with their jobs, and less dedicated to the organizations they worked for than workers at company A.
