Baigiamajame magistro darbe yra nagrinėjama programų sistemų kūrimo projektų rizikos valdymo problema. Atlikus literatūros analizę nustatyta, jog poreikis dinaminiam projektų planavimui (t.y. greitai reaguoti, kai nuolat keičiasi projekto eigos aplinkybės) egzistuoja bent dešimtmetį, tačiau priemonių, kurios galėtų patogiai ir aiškiai projektų vadovams padėti spręsti rizikos planavimo uždavinius iki šiol pasiūlyta nedaug. Todėl, darbe buvo nuspręsta pasiūlyti tokio tipo uždavinius spręsti simuliuojant projekto (išreikšto BPMN ar CMMN modeliu) eigą bei vertinant rizikos faktorių įtaką projekto planui. Darbe buvo sudarytas teorinis PS kūrimo projektų rizikos valdymo sprendimų modelis, kuris buvo specifikuotas sprendimų modeliavimo notacija (DMN) bei įgyvendintas verslo procesų modeliavimo ir simuliacijos priemonėje „Trisotech”. Eksperimentinių bandymų metu buvo atliekami modelio testavimo scenarijai, kurių rezultatai parodė, jog sudarytas sprendimų modelis pateikia tikėtinus (logiškus) rezultatus, todėl pasiūlytas modelis bei pati idėja galėtų būti vystomi toliau ir/ar adaptuojami konkretiems scenarijams modeliuoti ir simuliuoti.
This work tackles the problem of software project risk management. As the literature review has revealed that a need for dynamic project planning (i.e., quick response to ever-changing project circumstances) exists for more than a decade, yet there are very few solutions proposed so far which could help project managers comfortably and clearly address risk planning tasks. Therefore, it was decided to propose a possible solution for this type of tasks which involves simulation of software project plans (expressed in the BPMN or CMMN models) and assessment of the risk factors impact to the plan. A theoretical model of software project risk management decisions was developed in the work, which was specified in the decision modelling notation (DMN) and implemented in the business process modelling and simulation tool Trisotech. Various model testing scenarios were performed during experimental evaluation, and the results revealed that the proposed model provides reasonable (logical) results. Therefore, the proposed model and the idea itself could be further developed and/or adapted to model and simulate specific scenarios.
