Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas oro bendrovių veiklos tęstinumo sprendimų vertinimas ekstremalių situacijų kontekste. Nagrinėjama sprendimų įvairovė jų įgyvendinimo pasekmių atžvilgiu, ieškoma atsakymo į klausimą, kaip gali būti įvertinti oro bendrovių priimami sprendimai kuo objektyviau. Atskleidžiama strategijos reikšmė ekstremaliose situacijose, be to, atkreipiamas dėmesys į tai, kokio tipo strategijos pasirenkamos neapibrėžtų situacijų metu. Atlikta ekstremalios situacijos, kaip apibrėžimo, ir jų klasifikacijų analizė. Nagrinėjamos praeityje oro bendroves ištikusios ekstremalios situacijos ir jų specifika, bendrovių priimti sprendimai siekiant tęstinumo. Apibendrinama, kad vertinant oro bendrovių finansinę veiklą galima įvertinti oro bendrovių priimtų sprendimų efektyvumą, taigi tokios veiklos rezultatai yra esminis faktorius vertinant oro bendrovių veiklos tęstinumą. Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama vertinimo kriterijų įvairovė, kurios taikymas lemia oro bendrovių veiklos tęstinumą ekstremalių situacijų kontekste. Finansinių kriterijų svarba nustatoma atlikus ekspertinę apklausą, panaudojus daugiakriterį TOPSIS vertinimo metodą tam, kad galima būtų išreitinguoti ir palyginti oro bendrovių sprendimus, pasiektus rezultatus.. Vadovaujantis subalansuotos rodiklių sistemos sudarymo principu, sukuriama oro bendrovių veiklos tęstinumo sprendimų vertinimo ekstremalių situacijų kontekste sistema.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, oro bendrovių veiklos tęstinumo sprendimai ir jų vertinimas, veiklos tęstinumo sprendimų vertinimo tyrimo metodologija, oro bendrovių veiklos tęstinumo sprendimų vertinimo tyrimas, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 59 p. teksto be priedų, 11 iliustr., 13 lent., 85 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final Master's thesis deals with the evaluation of airline business continuity solutions in the context of emergency situations. It examines the variety of decisions in terms of their implementation implications and seeks to answer the question of how airline decisions can be evaluated in the most objective way. It highlights the importance of strategy in emergency situations and also focuses on the type of strategies chosen in contingencies. An analysis is made of the definition of an emergency situation and its classifications. It examines past emergencies and their specificities, and the decisions taken by airlines to ensure continuity. In summary, it is shown that the evaluation of the financial performance of airlines can assess the effectiveness of the decisions taken by the airlines, and that the performance of such performance is therefore a key factor in the assessment of the continuity of airline operations. The thesis examines the variety of evaluation criteria that are used to determine the continuity of airline operations in the context of emergencies. The importance of financial criteria is determined by an expert survey, using the multi-criteria TOPSIS decision analysis method, in order to rank and compare airline decisions and performance. A framework for assessing airline business continuity decisions in the context of emergencies is developed, based on the principle of a balanced scorecard.Structure: introduction, airline business continuity decisions and their evaluation, methodology for studying the evaluation of business continuity decisions, study on the evaluation of airline business continuity decisions, conclusions and suggestions, references.
