Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamas kelių eismo saugumo poveikis transporto įmonių veiklai. Pagrindiniai tyrimo aspektai - kelių eismo saugumas, vairuotojų įvykdomi kelių eismo pažeidimai, eismo įvykiai ir jų daroma žala taransporto įmonių veiklos rezultatams. Darbo tikslas - įvertinus eismo saugumo poveikį transporto įmonių veiklai, sukurti kelių eismo saugumo gerinimo modelį, kuris būtų taikomas transporto įmonėse, siekiant užtikrinti aukštą eismo saugumo lygį įmonėse. Darbe analizuojami kelių eismo saugumo teoriniai aspektai, apžvelgiami susiję Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymai. Vykdoma kelių eismo saugumo statistinių rodiklių analizė, nustatomas saugumo poveikis transporto įmonėms, atliekamas kiekybinis ir kokybinis tyrimai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, trys skyriai, rezultatų apibendrinimas, išvados, literatūros ir publikacijų sąrašas, priedai. Įvadiniame skyriuje aptariama darbo problematika ir aktualumas, aprašomas objektas, suformuluojami darbo tikslai ir uždaviniai. Išskiriamas darbo naujumas, praktinė darbo reikšmė. Pirmajame skyriuje pateikiami kelių saugumo poveikio tranporto įmonėms teoriniai aspektai. Antrąjį skyrių sudaro kiekybinio ir kokybinio tyrimų seka ir metodų apžvalga, organizavimo ypatumai. Trečiajame skyriuje ažvelgiami statistiniai duomenys, pateikiami kelių eismo saugumo poveikio transporto įmonių veiklai tyrimo rezultatai, pristatomas saugumo gerinimo modelis. Apibendrinus minėtas darbo dalis pateikiamos išvados.
The final master's thesis analyzes the impact of road traffic safety on the activities of transport companies. The main aspects of the investigation are road safety, road traffic violations committed by drivers, traffic accidents and the damage they cause to the performance of transport companies. The aim of the work is to create a road traffic safety improvement model that would be applied in transport companies in order to ensure a high level of traffic safety in companies after assessing the impact of traffic safety on the activities of transport companies. The paper analyzes the theoretical aspects of road traffic safety and reviews the related laws of the Republic of Lithuania. An analysis of statistical indicators of road traffic safety is carried out, the impact of safety on transport companies is determined, and quantitative and qualitative research is carried out. The work consists of: introduction, three chapters, summary of results, conclusions, list of literature and publications, appendices. The introductory chapter discusses the problems and relevance of the work, describes the object, and formulates the goals and tasks of the work. The novelty of the work and the practical significance of the work are distinguished. The first chapter presents the theoretical aspects of the impact of road safety on transport companies. The second chapter consists of a sequence of quantitative and qualitative research and an overview of methods, features of organization. The third chapter reviews statistical data, presents the results of a study of the impact of road safety on the activities of transport companies, and presents a model for improving safety. Conclusions are presented after summarizing the mentioned parts of the work.
