Ištirti Valstybinės priešgaisrinės gelbėjimo tarnybos darbo sąlygas ir ugniagesių gelbėtojų motyvaciją tarnyboje.Pirmoje darbo dalyje apžvelgiama literatūra, susijusi su ugniagesybos istorija ir teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys ugniagesių gelbėtojų darbą;Antroje dalyje analizuojama ir apibendrinama gaisrų ir gelbėjimo darbų skaičiaus statistika;Trečiojoje darbo dalyje atliekama ugniagesių gelbėtojų apklausą Vilniaus apskrities gelbėjimo valdyboje ir apdorojama gautus rezultatus.
To investigate the working conditions of the State Fire and Rescue Service and the motivation of firefighters in the service.The first part of the work reviews the literature related to the history of firefighting and the legislation governing the work of firefighters;The second part analyzes and summarizes the statistics on the number of fires and rescue operations;In the third part of the work, a survey of firefighters and rescuers is conducted at the Vilnius County Rescue Board and the obtained results are processed.
