Improvement Production Planning Processes Across Industries
Šiame darbe daugiausia dėmesio skiriama gamybos planavimo procesui pramonės šakose. Tyrimas buvo padalintas į tris etapus. Pirmajame etape buvo atliktas išsamus gamybos planavimo etapo ir proceso tyrimas. Antrame etape buvo atliktas tyrimas siekiant suvokti iššūkius, problemas ir riziką, su kuriais susiduriama planavimo etape atsižvelgiant į darbuotojo perspektyvą. Tyrimas susideda iš dviejų etapų, klausimyno ir interviu. Tyrimas padėjo sužinoti apie dabartinį gamybos planavimo proceso scenarijų pramonės šakose.Paskutiniame etape yra parengta esamo modelio analizė ir pasiūlytas patobulintas valdymo paskirties modelis bei patobulintas techninio pobūdžio modelis.Darbo apimtis - 78 p. teksto be priedų, 44 paveikslai, 43 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Pridedami priedai.
This thesis is focused on the production planning process in industries. The study was divided into three stages. in the first stage, a detailed study of the production planning phases and process were conducted. In the second stage, a survey was conducted to understand the challenges, problems, and risks faced in the planning stage with reference to an employee's perspective. The survey consisted of two phases, questionnaire, and interviews. The survey helped to gain knowledge of the current scenario of the production planning process in industries. In the final stage, the analysis of the existing model is prepared and an improved model for managerial purpose and an improved model for the technical purpose was proposed.Structure: introduction, theoretical research, empirical research, improvement model, conclusions and proposal, references.Thesis consist of: 78 p. text without appendixes, 44 pictures, 43 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
