Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas kredito unijų paslaugų galimybių vertinimas. Išnagrinėti, kredito unijų veiklos ypatumai teoriniu aspektu. Nagrinėjamos kredito unijų pagrindinės ekonominės problemos, vystymo ir plėtros galimybes. Išanalizuojami vartotojų lojalumo teoriniau aspektai. Iškeliami tyrimo tikslai ir uždaviniai, apžvelgiamos tyrimo kryptys. Išanalizuojami taikyti tyrimo būdai bei metodai. Nagrinėjamos kredito unijų pagrindinės tobulinimo sritis ir atliekamas tobulinio galimybių vertinimas. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius kredito unijų tobulinimo galimybių vertinimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro įvadas, 4 skyriai, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 74 p. teksto be priedų, 10 iliustr., 17 lent., 47 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final Master's thesis deals with the assessment of possibilities for credit unions to provide the services. The specificities of the activities of credit unions have been analysed with regard to the theoretical aspect. The main economic problems, possibilities for development and expansion of credit unions are considered. The theoretical aspects of loyalty of consumers are analysed. The goals and objectives of the research are raised and the directions of research are reviewed. The applied research techniques and methods are analysed. The main fields of improvement of credit unions are examined and the assessment of the possibilities for improvement is carried out. Having analysed theoretical and practical aspects of the possibilities for improvement of credit unions, the conclusions and suggestions of the final paper are provided. The work consists of introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and suggestions, references. Work size - 74 p. text without extras, 10 pictures., 17 tables., 47 bibliographic sources.
