Įranga prekiaujančių ir aptarnaujančių įmonių išteklių naudojimo didinant jų vertę ypatumai
Analizuojant Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių literatūra, išnagrinėti įmonių ištekliai ir jų klasifikavimas Išnagrinėti pagrindiniai principai, kuriais remiantis sukurtas išteklių poveikio verslo vertei teorinis modelis. Atlikus UAB „Nirlita”, UAB „Virenda” ir UAB „Willenbrok Baltic” veiklos rezultatų analizę, nustatoma analizuojamų įmonių verslo vertė diskontuotų pinigų srauto metodu. Įvertinami labiausiai verslo vertę veikiantys veiksniai, kurių optimalus panaudojimas veikia įmonių konkurencingumą ir veiklos efektyvumą. Remiantis įranga prekiaujančių ir aptarnaujančių įmonių duomenų analize, nustatytas neefektyviai naudojamų įmonės išteklių neigiamas poveikis verslo vertei. Remiantis labiausiai verslo vertei įtakos turinčių veiksnių analize, nustatytos priemonės, padedančios optimaliau panaudoti įmonės turimus išteklius ir padidinti verslo vertę. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius išteklių poveikio verslo vertei aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, teorinė-analitinė, praktinė ir projektinė-taikomoji dalys, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Analyzing the literature of Lithuanian and foreign authors, companies' resources and their classification into groups were analyzed, and the links of efficient use of resources and business value increase were discussed. The main principles were analyzed, on the basis of which theoretical model of the impact of resources on business value was created. Having carried out the analysis of past results of JSC ”Nirlita”, JSC ”Virenda” and JSC ”Willenbrok Baltic”, the value of the analyzed companies' business was determined according to the method of discounted money flow. Factors, which mostly influence the value of business, and the optimal use of which affects companies' competition and activity efficiency, are evaluated. Sustaining data analysis of companies, selling and servicing equipment, found a negative impact of inefficiently used company's resources on the value of business. With the reference to analysis of factors, which have the biggest impact on business value, the means, which help to use the existing company's resources more efficiently and to increase the value of business, were determined.Having analyzed theoretical and practical aspects of resources' impact on the value of business, conclusions and proposals of the final thesis are provided.The work consists of 6 parts: introduction, theoretical, practical and project-applied parts, conclusions and proposals, and literature list.The volume of the work - 72 pages of text without annexes, 14 illustrations, 8 tables, 53 bibliographic resources.
