Gyvenamųjų pastatų projektų daugiakriterė analizė

Baigiamajame darbe išanalizuota pasyviojo namo statybos koncepcija. Lyginant ją su įprasto namo koncepcija, pagrindiniai šios koncepcijos privalumai yra ekologiškumas, ekonomiškumas bei sveikas patalpų mikroklimatas. Didžiausi trūkumai - projektavimo ir statybos sudėtingumas,architektūrinio išraiškingumo trūkumas, bei projekto kaina. Taip pat buvo apžvelgti statybos srityje naudojami teoriniai daugiakriterio vertinimo metodai ir pritaikyti praktiškai, lyginant tarpusavyje konkrečias gyvenamųjų pastatų projektų alternatyvas.Remiantis analitinio hierarchijos proceso (AHP) ir projektų daugiakriterio kompleksinio proporcingumo įvertinimo (COPRAS) daugiakriterės analizės metodais, pagal svarbiausius ekonominius, ekologinius ir žmogiškuosius kriterijus, buvo palygintos pasyviojo namo ir įprasto namo statybos koncepcijos. Kriterijų reikšmingumams nustatyti buvo taikomi ekspertiniai ir daugiakriteriai metodai. Atliktu tyrimu buvo pagrįsta pasyviojo namo koncepcijos teikiama nauda.
There is a construction concept of the passive house analysed in this thesis. In comparison with a concept of the regular house, passive house concept has the following advantages: ecology, cost-effectiveness, healthy microclimate of the accommodation. The main disadvantages are complexity of design and construction, lack of architectural expression, the cost of the project. The theoretical methods of multicriteria analysis used in construction field are reviewed and put into practice while comparing two concrete projects of living houses. The construction concepts of the passive house and the regular house were compared according to the most important economical, ecological and human factors while using Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) methods. The expertise methods were used to assess the significance of the criterion. By this research the created value of the passive house concept was grounded.
