Įmokų surinkimo ir jų apdorojimo procesų modeliavimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe apžvelgiami įmokų surinkimo ir jų apdorojimo būdai bei jų efektyvumas, keli verslo procesų modeliavimo standartai, vienas iš jų - BPEL kalbos naudojimas ir būtinumas kuriant taikomąją programą iš sumodeliuoto verslo proceso.Aptariami BPMN notacijos privalumai bei UML ypatumai ir pritaikymas. Šio darbo tikslas - atlikti gyvybės draudimo įmonės įmokų surinkimo ir jų apdorojimo procesų modeliavimą, išanalizuoti gautus rezultatus ir pateikti išvadas. Tam tikslui naudojamas IBM WebSphere Business Modeler produktas, kuriuo buvo sumodeliuoti trys procesų modeliai: įmokų mokamų grynaisiais pinigais, internetiniais pavedimais ir naudojantis tiesioginio debeto paslauga. Atliktos analizės, kuriomis įvertinti ir sulyginti visi trys įmokų surinkimo būdai, laiko, lėšų bei patogumo atžvilgiu.Darbą sudaro 8 dalys: įvadas, verslo procesų valdymas, veiklos procesų modeliavimo koncepcija, veiklos procesų modeliavimo priemonių analizė, įmokų surinkimo metodų analizė, įmokų surinkimo procesų modeliavimas, išvados bei literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 72 psl. teksto be priedų, 44 pav., 13 lent., 26 literatūros šaltiniai
In the master thesis different methods of payments collection and handling as well as the effectiveness thereof and several standards of business modeling processes were overviewed. One of standard - BPEL language application and it's importance in implementation of modeled system. Further the qualities of BPMN notation and peculiarities of UML and its application.The aim of this thesis is to perform the modeling of processes of payments collection and handling at the life insurance company; to analyse the results obtained and to draw the conclusions. For modeling of the processes IBM WebSphere Business Modeler product was selected. With this product three processes were modeled: premiums paid by cash, online transfers and payments made using the direct debit service. Aforementioned models were analysed in order to compare all three methods of payments collection by means of resource, time, cost and convenience.The thesis consists of 8 parts: introduction, business process management, the concept of business processes modeling, the analysis of the means of business processes modeling, analysis of methods of payments collection and handling, modeling of processes of payments collections and handling, conclusion and referencesThe scope of the thesis is 72 pages, plaint text without appendixes, 44 pictures, 13 tables and 26 references.
