Spaustuvės AB „Grafobal Vilnius” vadybos ir gamybos procesų tobulinimas

Šio magistro baigiamojo darbo objektas yra spaustuvės AB „Grafobal Vilnius” valdymo bei gamybos baro funkcijos. Jo tikslas - įvertinus AB „Grafobal Vilnius” valdymo bei gamybos funkcijų specifiką, suformuluoti konkrečius sprendimus ir modelius jų tobulinimui. Magistro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro 5 pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje dalyje nagrinėjamos gamybos bei vadybos plėtros tendencijos mokslinėje literatūroje. Antroje dalyje pristatoma AB „Grafobal Vilnius” įmonė, pateikiama tyrimo metodika ir atliekama vadybos funkcijų analizė. Trečioje darbo dalyje atliekamas pagrindinių valdymo funkcijų sistemos vertinimas darbuotojų bei vadovo atžvilgiu, nurodomos probleminės sritys. Ketvirtoje darbo dalyje pristatomas įmonės AB „Grafobal Vilnius” gamybos baras, gaminama produkcija, gamybos schemos, apskaičiuojami pagrindiniai gamybos efektyvumo vertinimo rodikliai ir pateikiamos gamybos probleminės sritys. Penktoje darbo dalyje pristatomi AB „Grafobal Vilnius” įmonės vadybos bei gamybos procesų tobulinimo būdai. Pateikiami sprendimai AB „Grafobal Vilnius” planavimo, organizavimo, vadovavimo ir kontroliavimo funkcijoms tobulinti. Gamybos procesams tobulinti pateikiama išmaniųjų pakuočių gamybos alternatyva bei pristatomas pakuočių gamybos kokybės gerinimo modelis.Darbo apimtis - 83 puslapiai teksto be priedų, 28 iliustracijos, 20 lentelių, 34 šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami 4 darbo priedai.
The object of this MA paper is management and production bar functions of the printing-house ”Grafobal Vilnius'. The purpose of the present paper is, after evaluating the specific nature of management and production functions of ”Grafobal Vilnius”, to formulate concrete solutions and offer relevant models for their improvement. This MA paper is composed of five main parts. In the first part of the paper production and management development tendencies are analyzed using scientific literature. In the second part ”Grafobal Vilnius” company is presented, data and methods of the research are discussed, the analysis of management functions is carried out. In the third part the evaluation of the main management system functions, according to the employees and the director, is given; later areas of concern are indicated. In the fourth part of the research the production bar of ”Grafobal Vilnius” is presented; the production itself, production schemes, key performance indicators for the evaluation of production are calculated and the most problematic production areas are outlined. In the fifth part ways of management improvement of ”Grafobal Vilnius” company and production processes are discussed. Concrete solutions are formulated in order to improve planning, organization, management and control functions of ”Grafobal Vilnius” company. As to develop production processes further, a smart packaging production alternative is suggested and an improvement model for a better packaging quality production is presented. The thesis scope: 83 pages of text without appendixes, 28 figures, 20 tables, 34 entries. 4 appendixes are attached separately.
