Nagrinėjama problema - konversinės teritorijos Klaipėdos senamiesčio prieigose. Darbo tikslai - parengti Klaipėdos senamiesčio prieigų architektūrinę-urbanistinę koncepciją, tobulinti miesto viešų erdvių struktūrą ir kompoziciją. Remiantis kitų šalių panašių problemų sprendimo būdais; išnagrinėjus Klaipėdos miesto istorinę raidą, miesto viešų, rekreacinių erdvių sistemą, siūlomas konversinės teritorijos plėtros modelis. Išvados ir siūlymai:• Klaipėdos senamiesčio prieigose esanti sovietmečiu industriniais pastatais užstatyta teritorija formuoja dabartinį centrinės miesto dalies įvaizdį. Pakitus teisinėms, ekonominėms ir socialinėms sąlygoms pramoninės teritorijos konvertuojamos į visuomenines, rekreacines, komercines ir gyvenamąsias.• centrinė miesto dalis plėtojama remiantis šiais principais: įvertinus istorinį - kultūrinį paveldą, atsižvelgiant į gamtinius išteklius, formuojama viešų erdvių struktūra; išnaudojama požeminė erdvė, palaipsniui plėtojamos gretimos teritorijos.• akcentuojant senamiesčio ribas, aplink atkuriamus miesto gynybinius įtvirtinimus formuojamos viešos erdvės, visuomeninių, rekreacinių ir kultūrinių kompleksų mazgai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, analitinė - metodinė dalis, eksperimentinė- tiriamoji dalis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 60 p. teksto be priedų, 68 pav., 1 lent., 17 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The investigated problem - conversetive territories in approaches of Klaipėda old town. The objects of this work - to prepare the architectural- urbanistic conception of Klaipėda old town approaches, to perfect the structure and composition of public spaces of the town.The model of broadening conversetive territories is offered having investigated the historic evolution of Klaipėda and the system of public and recreational spaces, refering to models of other countries experiences in solving resembling problems.Conclusions and suggestions:• The territory in old town, which was blocked up with industrial buildings during the soviet times, nowadays forms the image of the central part of Klaipėda; after social, economic and law conditions have been changed, the industrial territories are conversed into public, recreational, commerce and dwelling spaces;• The central part of the town is developing according to such principles: the structure of public spaces is formed considerating the historic-cultural heritage; the structure of public spaces is formed taking into account the natural resources; the subterranean spaces are made to use as well as neighbouring spaces.• Having accentuated the boundaries of the old town, the public, recreational and cultural spaces are formed around the defence fortifications.Stucture: introduction, analytical - methodical part, experimental - investigative part, conclusions and suggestions, references.
