Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - išanalizavus informacinių technologijų ir informacinių sistemų svarbą ir taikymo būtinumą verslo valdyme, pasiūlyti kompleksinį sprendimą, kuris padėtų veiksmingai pagerinti įmonės valdymą ir informacinės veiklos kokybę bei padidinti darbo našumą, naudojant informacines technologijas.Šio darbo teorinėje dalyje išanalizuoti procesinio valdymo ir informacinių technologijų taikymo versle teoriniai aspektai. Nustatyta verslo valdymo informacinių sistemų kūrimo raida, išnagrinėta informacinių technologijų taikymo problematika.Tiriamojoje darbo dalyje išnagrinėta transporto įmonių informacinė veikla ir informacinių technologijų taikymas įmonės veiklos procese. Taip pat anketiniu metodu ištirti įmonės darbuotojų ir klientų informaciniai poreikiai.Trečiojoje darbo dalyje pasiūlytas informacinio aprūpinimo sistemos gerinimo projektas, padėsiantis kompleksiškai išspręsti kompanijos problemas, susijusias su informacine veikla ir patenkinti darbuotojų bei klientų informacinius poreikius.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, teorinė dalis, tiriamoji dalis, projektinė dalis, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 79 p. teksto be priedų, 22 iliustr., 7 lent., 71 bibliografinis šaltinis.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The main purpose of this final project is to analyze the importance and necessity of the application of information technologies and information systems in business management, to offer a comprehensive solution, which would effectively improve the management, increase the efficiency and quality of information activities, using information technologies.In the theoretical part of the work, there are analyzed theoretical aspects of process management and information technology application in business. There is identified the development of information systems of business management, also the application of information technology issues are found.Research examined the specific information activities of the transport company and applied information technologies for business process. In the questionnaire method the information needs of company's employees and customers are investigated.In the third part of this work, there is proposed information supply system improvement project that will help the company to solve complex problems related to information activities management and to meet information needs of the employees and customers.Work consists of 6 parts: introduction, theoretical part, investigatory part, the proposed project, conclusions and suggestions, references.The volume of the work -79 pages of text without attachments, 22 illustrations, 7 tables, 71 bibliographical sources. Annexes are attached separately to the work.
