Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamas integruotos rinkodaros komunikacijos poveikis vartotojų elgsenai. Darbo apimtis - 95 p. teksto be priedų, 22 iliustr., 38 lent., 113 bibliografinių šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In this master thesis the impact of integrated marketing communication on consumer behavior is analyzed. Analysis of scientific literature helped to determine the theoretical aspects of integrated marketing communication and consumer behavior. After examining various researches, it was observed that just a few authors analyze all the tools of integrated marketing communication together, and that most of the researchers prefer to analyze individual instruments in their research. There is also a lack of research on mobile operators, particularly in Lithuania. Based on the lack of such studies, a conceptual model has been developed to assess the impact of integrated marketing communications on consumer behavior, which tests hypotheses on how different integrated marketing communications tools affect consumer behavior when choosing a mobile operator. The study was carried out using expert and consumer surveys, which are described in the methodology. This part also defines the sample, sets out the requirements for respondents, presents the research process and the methods to be used to calculate the results. Based on the results obtained from the research, the most important integrated marketing communication tools influencing consumer behavior when choosing a mobile operator are identified. Experts identified personal selling as the most important tool, while consumers identified sales promotion as the most important tool. Based on the results obtained, the model developed in the theoretical part has been adjusted, and the conclusions and recommendations are made.Structure: introduction, theory, research methodology, research results, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 95 p. text without appendixes, 22 pictures, 38 tables, 113 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
