Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama grunto bandinių sąveika su žiedo sienelėmis, nustatant smėlio kerpamojo stiprio efektyviuosius rodiklius φ' (vidinės trinties kampas) ir c' (sankiba). Tikslui pasiekti patobulintas seno tipo tiesioginio kirpimo prietaisas SPF-2. Tyrimo metu nustatytos grunto kerpamojo stiprio reikšmės prie skirtingų bandymo serijų. Pirmoji bandinių serija, kai kirpimosi žiedas, kurio aukštis yra 35mm, pilnai užpildomas gruntu. Antroji bandinių serija, kai tas pats kirpimosi žiedas nepilnai užpildomas gruntu, prisilaikant to paties grunto tankio. Bei trečios serijos bandymai, kuomet buvo bandoma sumažinti trintį tarp grunto ir žiedo sienelių padengiant jas plonu grafito miltelių sluoksniu pilnai užpildant kirpimosi žiedą gruntu. Pagrindinis šio darbo tikslas įvertinti bandinio sąveikos su žiedo sienelėmis įtaką nustatant smėlio stiprio rodiklių vertes bei pasiūlyti būdus ir priemones šiai įtakai mažinti. Remiantis atliktų eksperimentinių tyrimų rezultatais, literatūros apžvalga, bei Plaxis 3D baigtinių elementų programa, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir rekomendacijos tolimesniems tiriamiesiems darbams. Darbo apimtis 93 p. teksto be priedų, 107 paveikslai, 16 lentelių, 29 literatūros šaltiniai.
The final master's thesis are about the interaction of soil samples with the ring walls, determining the effective indicators of sand shear strength φ' (internal friction angle) and c' (adhesion). To achieve this goal, the improved, old type direct shear device SPF-2 has been used. During the study values of soil shear strength for different test series were determined. First test series were done when the shear ring with a height of 35 mm is completely filled with soil. A second series were done with samples in which the same shear ring is incompletely filled with soil while adhering to the same soil density. And the third series were done with samples in which an attempt was made to reduce the friction between the soil and the walls of the ring by coating them with a thin layer of graphite powder, completely filling the shear ring with soil. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the influence of the sample interaction with the ring walls by determining the values of sand strength indices and to propose a way and means to reduce this influence.Based on the results of the performed experimental research and review of the literature, and the Plaxis 3D finite element program, the conclusions of the final work and recommendations for further research are presented.
