Gamybos organizavimo tobulinimas
Šio baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas - remiantis teorine mokslinės literatūros analize, atlikti empirinį Lietuvos aprangos ir tekstilės sektoriaus įmonių tyrimą apie gamybos organizavimo vykdymą ir numatyti jo tobulinimo galimybes pateikiant gamybos organizavimo tobulinimo modelį, tinkamą šios pramonės sektoriaus įmonėms. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, keturios dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas bei priedai. Pirmojoje dalyje atlikta literatūros analizė. Pateikiami pagrindiniai gamybos organizavimo tobulinimo teoriniai aspektai, analizuojami metodinės literatūros šaltiniai bei moksliniai straipsniai, atitinkantys baigiamojo magistro darbo tematiką. Analizuojama gamybos proceso ir organizavimo samprata, principai, rūšys, tipai ir kitų aspektų reikšmė gamybos procesų organizavimui valdyti. Antroje dalyje analizuojami gamybos organizavimo tobulinimo ypatumai Lietuvos tekstilės ir aprangos pramonės sektoriaus įmonėse, pateikiama nagrinėjamų įmonių veiklos analizė bei pagrindinės charakteristikos. Trečioje dalyje atliekamas gamybos organizavimo tobulinimo tyrimas Lietuvos aprangos ir tekstilės pramonės sektoriuje pasitelkiant anoniminę anketinę apklausą. Paskutinė dalis yra gamybos organizavimo tobulinimo modelio pateikimas ir jo apžvalga. Išvadose pateikiami galutiniai bei sukonkretinti pastebėjimai ir pasiūlymai. Darbo apimtis - 83 psl. teksto be priedų, 27 iliustr., 4 lent., 43 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The aim of this final master thesis - according to theoretical analysis of scientific literature, to accomplish empirical Lithuanian apparel and textile sector survey about the implementation of production organization and to provide the opportunities for improvement by the organization of manufacturing model, suitable for the industrial sector companies. This thesis consists of: introduction, four chapters, conclusions and recommendations, references and appendixes. In the first part of this final master thesis is accomplished a literature analysis. There are presented the main production organization improvement of manufacturing theoretical aspects, methodical analysis of the literature data and research articles, meeting the topic of final master thesis. There is research of a concept of production process and organization, principles, varieties, types, and other aspects of the value of production processes in the organization to manage. In the second part - analyzes the organization of manufacturing peculiarities of Lithuanian textile and clothing industry companies, presented the performance analysis of the undertaking companies and basic characteristics. In the third part - is carried out the research to improve the organization of Lithuanian apparel and textile industry production through an anonymous survey. The last part provides a model of production organization improvement and presents its review. In the conclusions are presented the final and concretized notices, findings and recommendations. This final master thesis consists of: 83 p. text without appendixes, 27 pictures, 4 tables, 43 bibliographical entries.
