Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama sumaniųjų namų rinka Lietuvoje, sumaniųjų senelių namų rinka Lietuvoje. Apžvelgiami sumanieji pastatai Lietuvoje ir pasaulyje. Sumaniųjų pastatų privalumai ir trūkumai. Sumaniųjų namų poreikių skirtumai Baltijos šalių gyventojų. Investicijų poreikis į išmaniąsias technologijas. Išmaniųjų namų pritaikymas vyresniems žmonėms. Pateikiama SSGG analizė ir senelių namų tyrimo apklausos rezultatai. Išnagrinėjus sumaniųjų pastatų rinką Lietuvoje ir pasaulyje, sumaniųjų senelių namų rinką Lietuvoje ir plėtros galimybes, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. The final master's thesis examines the market of smart homes in Lithuania, the market of smart grandparents' homes in Lithuania. Smart buildings in Lithuania and in the world are reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of smart buildings. Differences in the needs of smart homes for the population of the Baltic States. The need for investment in smart technologies. Adapting smart homes for the elderly. The SWOT analysis and the results of the nursing home survey are presented.
