Gauti klasteriai panaudoti klasifikavimo metodų apmokymui prognozuojant populiariausius forumus.Darbo sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, teorinė dalis, praktinė dalis, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Darbą sudaro: 74 p. teksto be priedų, 123 iliustracijos, 59 lentelės, 28 šaltiniai.
In the Master's thesis, a sentiment analysis of forums and the identification of the most popular forums was completed using various clustering and classification methods. Two clustering algorithms, K-means and K-medoids (PAM), and four classification methods, Naive Bayes, J48, SVM and SVM-PSO were used. The final thesis reviewed the literature on popular forum prediction methods. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the methodology of sentiment analysis and its application to determine the overall sentiment of a forum. The results of the sentiment analysis methods are analysed comparing their accuracy and efficiency. In the practical part of the paper, sentiment analysis is applied to the responses of 50 forum threads and five parameters are calculated for further analysis of the forums: the number of threads in the forum, the average number of responses in the threads in that forum, the average sentiment value of the threads, the ratio of positive threads among all threads in the forum, and the ratio of negative threads among the threads in that forum. Clustering methods were applied to the collected data on forum threads sentiment. The resulting clusters were used to train classification methods to predict the most popular forums. The paper consists of 6 parts: introduction, literature review, theoretical part, practical part, conclusions and reference list. The thesis consists of: 74 pages of text without appendices, 123 illustrations, 59 tables, 28 references.
