Baigiamajame darbe „Žemės naudojimo valstybinės kontrolės Vilniaus rajone vykdymo tyrimas ir analizė” nagrinėjami žemės sklypų Valstybinė kontrolė Vilniaus rajone, naudojimo tvarkos pažeidimai. Šis darbo tikslas išanalizuoti žemės naudojimo valstybinę kontrolę ir atlikti tyrimą. Baigiamojo darbo tyrimo objektu pasirinkta žemės naudojimo valstybinės kontrolės veikla 2019 metais ir 2020 metais. Tyrimo metu panaudoti literatūros šaltinių analizės ir apleistų, užimtų žemės sklypų plotai. Tyrimo metu buvo išanalizuota žemės naudojimo valstybinė kontrolės veikla 2019 metais ir 2020 metais, apleisti ir užimti žemės sklypų plotai, žemės naudojimą ir valstybinės kontrolės vykdymą reglamentuojantys įstatymai ir teisės aktai, problemos, su kuriomis susiduria vykdant kontrolę. Baigiamojo darbo tyrimas atliktas siekiant nustatyti problemas, trukdančias pasiekti efektyvų žemės naudojimo valstybinės kontrolės vykdymą ir nustatyti priemones, kurios pagerintu padėti Vilniaus rajono Skyriuje.
In the final thesis ”Land use state control Vilnius district enforcement research and analysis”, state control of the land plots in VilniusDistrict, the violation and its removal from the usage procedure are analyzed. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze state control of land use in the land plot. The object of the final work research was the activity of the state control of land use in 2019 and 2020. During the research, the analysis of literature sources and the areas of abandoned, occupied land plots were used. The study analyzed the activities of the state control over land use in 2019 and 2020, abandoned and occupied land plots, laws and regulations governing land use and the exercise of state control, problems encountered during the control. The research of the final work was carried out in order to identify the problems that hinder the achievement of effective state control over land use and to identify measures that would improve the assistance of the Vilnius district.
