Darbe analizuojama labai mažų ir mažų verslo įmonių tarptautinės plėtros ypatumai. Nagrinėjama, kokie teoriniai tarptautinės plėtros modeliai tinkami šių įmonių tarptautiškumo vystymui. Pristatomi atlikti empiriniai tyrimai, kurių tikslas buvo nustatyti, su kokiomis problemomis susiduria labai mažos ir mažos verslo įmonės, įgyvendindamos tarptautinės plėtros procesą, rezultatai. Remiantis gautais tyrimo rezultatais yra pateikti galimi sprendimai, kurie leistų labai mažoms ir mažoms verslo įmonės įgyvendinti tarptautinės plėtros tikslus. The paper analyzes the peculiarities of the international development of very small and small business enterprises. It is examined which theoretical models of international development are suitable for the development of the internationality of these companies. The results of empirical research carried out with the aim of identifying the problems faced by micro and small enterprises in the process of international development are presented. Based on the results of the study, possible solutions are presented that would allow micro and small enterprises to achieve their internationalisation goals.
