In this Master thesis, the development of a biofeedback system based on video technology and Artificial Intelligence is researched as a tool to improve the assessment of rehabilitation processes, from the physician and subject point of view. The research is primarily focused on measuring 3D movements using depth sensing cameras and processing the recorded movements in order to feed a machine learning model to predict the movement and provide feedback at two levels. Different configurations and frameworks were initially considered and later the research was performed with an specific combo, performing the actions of recording, preprocessing, processing and validating. The results of the experiments were analyzed and discussed in order to provide the conclusions and the future research lines. The thesis is formed by 79 content pages of text without considering the appendices, cover, etc. in 6 chapters and a total of 22 figures, 7 tables and 49 references.
