Darbo apimtis - 82 lapai, be priedų, 41 pav. ir 17 lentelių. Priedai pateikiami atskirai.
In Lithuania, as in the rest of the world, the problems of climate change are becoming more relevant: with rising global temperatures, melting icebergs, warming oceans, more attention is paid to CO2 emissions levels, therefore, the problem of saving energy resources is becoming more relevant. One of the most energy-intensive sectors is the recognised field of construction and energy efficiency in buildings. The master's thesis examines energy- efficient buildings in Lithuania and their technical characteristics. The energy efficiency of the building is mainly determined by the quality of windows, roof and ventilation systems, as well as proper installation, competence of the specialists performing the works. The problems of the development of energy - efficient buildings in Lithuania can be solved not only by developing projects of new construction multi-apartment residential blocks, but also by modernizing old buildings.Unfortunately, there is a problem that the low standard of living and the amount of state support do not meet the needs of the population and some refuse to renovate the building in which they live. The work consists of an introduction, an overview of scientific literature related to the topic, analysis of the problem, study, evaluation of results, conclusions, literature. The volume of work is 82 sheets, without additives, Figure 41. and 17 tables. Annexes are presented separately.
