Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas LEAN sistemos diegimas individualizuotos smulkiojo ir vidutinio verslo (SVV) gamybos įmonėse pridėtinės vertės grandinės kontekste. Pristatomas LEAN sistemos diegimo individualizuotos SVV gamybos įmonėse procesų tobulinimo aktualumas ir svarba, atliekama mokslinės literatūros LEAN sistemos diegimo individualizuotos SVV gamybos įmonėse tema analizė, nagrinėjami tyrimai, analizuojami praktikoje taikomi LEAN sistemos diegimo SVV organizacijose modeliai. Pristatomi atlikto LEAN sistemos diegimo individualizuotos SVV gamybos įmonėse empirinio tyrimo, skirto LEAN sistemos diegimo tikslingumui ir problematikai nustatyti, įvaldymo skirtumams tirti bei SVV charakteristikų koreliacijoms su LEAN sistemos diegimo katalizatoriais ir inhibitoriais pridėtinės vertės grandinės kontekste analizuoti, rezultatai, kuriems iliustruoti pateikiama koreliacijos matrica bei jos duomenų interpretacija. Darbe taip pat atliekama atvejo analizė tiriant individualizuotos SVV gamybos įmonės gamybos procesų tobulinimo ir optimizavimo galimybių bei specifikos gaires, analizuojant vertės kūrimo grandinę bei atliekant interviu analizę. Taip pat pateikiamas apibendrintas LEAN sistemos diegimo individualizuotos SVV gamybos įmonėse modelis. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius LEAN sistemos diegimo individualizuotos SVV gamybos įmonėse aspektus pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, LEAN sistemos diegimo individualizuotos SVV gamybos įmonėse teoriniai aspektai, empirinis tyrimas, procesų tobulinimo ir optimizavimo modelis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 100 p. teksto be priedų, 25 iliustr., 3 lent., 42 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final master thesis analyses the implementation of the LEAN system in customised small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) manufacturing companies in the context of the value chain. The relevance and importance of the improvement of LEAN system implementation in customised SME manufacturing companies are presented, the analysis of the scientific literature on the topic of LEAN system implementation in customised SME manufacturing enterprises is also analysed, the results of the published research are studied, the models of LEAN system implementation in SME organizations applied in practice are analysed, too. The results of the empirical study of LEAN system implementation in customised SME manufacturing companies to determine the expediency and problems of LEAN system implementation, to investigate the differences in uptake in different SMEs, and to analyse the correlations of SME characteristics with LEAN system implementation catalysts and inhibitors in the context of the value-added chain are presented. To illustrate these relationships, a correlation matrix and interpretation of its data are presented. The case study of a customised SME manufacturing company is studied: guidelines and possibilities and specifics of processes improvements and optimization of customised SME manufacturing company are analysed, the value creation chain is studied and an interview is analysed, too. A new model of LEAN system implementation in customised SME manufacturing companies is also presented. After analysing the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of the LEAN system in customised SME manufacturing companies, the conclusions and suggestions are presented.Structure: introduction, theoretical aspects of LEAN system implementation in customised SME manufacturing companies, empirical research, process improvement and optimization model, conclusions and suggestions, references.
