Dantų implantų įtakos kauliniam audiniui tyrimas taikant BEM
Baigiamajame magistro darbe yra išanalizuoti moksliniai darbai, tiriantys implantavimo procesą, implantų konstrukcijas, implantų sąveiką su kauliniu audiniu. Pateikta teorinė dalis apie dantų sandarą, implantavimo procesą, dantų implanto ir kaulinio audinio sąveiką, kaulinio audinio regeneraciją ir jo atkūrimo būdus, dantų implantų konstrukcijas ir medžiagas. Taikant BEM sukurtas supaprastintas dalies žandikaulio su implantuotu danties implantu modelis. Veikiant danties implantą skirtingo dydžio apkrovomis, bei keičiant kaulinio audinio tamprumo modulį, ištirti poslinkiai ir įtempiai implanto-kaulo sąveikoje. Gautos įtempių ir poslinkių priklausomybės nuo apkrovos ir kaulinio audinio silpnėjimo lygio pateiktos grafiškai.Darbą sudaro 3 dalys: įvadas, literatūros analizė, tyrimo metodika, rezultatų analizė, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 55 p. teksto be priedų, 50 iliustr., 3 lent., 26 literatūros šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In the final master's work scientific studies, that research the process of dental implantation, the constructions of implants, the interaction of implants and the bone texture are analysed. The theories of dental structure, of the process of implantation, of the interaction of dental implant and the bone structure, of the conception and methods of regeneration of dental structure, of the constructions and materials of dental implants are discussed. By using FEM, the model of the part of the jawbone and the implantated dental implant is designed. By affecting the dental implant with different loads, changing the module of the tension, stresses and displacements are identified. The dependence of displacements and stresses on strain and decrement of bone texture are shown in diagrams.Structure: introduction, a literature review, research methodology, results analysis, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 55 p. text without appendixes, 50 pictures, 3 tables, 26 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
