Lokomotyvų techninės priežiūros punktų darbų technologijos ekonominis tyrimas
Pagal statistinius duomenis atlikta atliekamų darbų apimties, naudojamos technologijos, priežiūros darbo organizavimo ir atliekamų priežiūros darbų patikimumo rodiklių analizė. Atlykus tyrimą, gautos realios darbo laiko sąnaudos 2M62 serijos šilumvežiams priežiūros darbams ir neplaniniams remontams atlikti. Atlikta būtinų atsarginių dalių ir medžiagų remonto darbams atlikti minimalios nekintamos atsargos užtikrinimo analizė. Atlikta tepimo darbų, neplaninio remonto ir patabų lokomotyvo techninės būklės žurnale analizė.Pasiūlytas optimalus darbininkų skaičius, atliekant antros apimties techninę priežiūrą. Siūloma atlikti pagalbinių mašinų ir mechanizmų guolių mazgų temperatūros diagnostinius matavimus TP-2 ir TP-3 metu, pagrindinį dėmesį skirti ašidėžėms ir traukos elektros variklių guoliams.Padarytos išvados dėl darbo imlumo pasiskirstymo tarp šaltkalvių, neplaninio remonto ir pastabų lokomotyvo techninės būklės žurnale. Atliktas diagnostikos sistemos ekonominis tyrimas.
Leaning on statistical data have been lead the analysis of volume of the carried out works, used technologies, parameters of quality and reliability of repair and service. Having executed research, authentic expenses of time for not scheduled repair and maintenance service of diesel locomotives 2M62 are received. The analysis of ensuring the minimal invariable stock of necessary spare parts and materials has been fulfilled for carving out TS-2 for heat - engines of series 2M62. Also locomotive technical condition has been made, analyzed lubricant works, not scheduled repairs and remarks in note of a technical condition of the locomotive.The optimum quantity of workers is offered, carrying out second maintenance service. It is offered to carry out the diagnostic measurements of temperatures in the bearing knots of subsidiary engines and mechanisms when the TS-2 and TS-3 are made, especially axle - boxes.Conclusions have been drawn concerning the distribution of labor consuming content among metal - workers unplanned repair work and notes in the journal of the locomotive technical condition. Economic research of systems of diagnostics is executed.
