Baigiamajame magistro darbe aptariama organizacijos kultūros ir bendradarbiavimo svarba ir nauda bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose. Ypatingas dėmesys skiriamas bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų organizacijos kultūros ir bendradarbiavimo vystymui, kadangi jos pateikia išskirtinę paslaugą, ugdo vaikus siekiančius vidurinio išsilavinimo tuo pačiu kuria jų ateitį. Nuo pasirinktos vystyti organizacijos kultūros ir tinkamos komunikacijos su mokiniais, mokytojais ir mokinių tėvais priklauso ar bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos patenkins, šiais laikais aktualia problema tapusius, mokinių ir jų tėvų poreikius edukacijos srityje. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, organizacijos kultūros ir bendradarbiavimo ypatumų teorinė dalis, organizacijos kultūros ir bendradarbiavimo svarba ”x” bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose tyrimo empirinis tyrimas, tyrimo rezultatų pritaikymas praktikoje, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 60 puslapiai teksto be priedų, 12 paveikslų ir 2 lentelės.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The master thesis discusses the culture of the organization and the importance of cooperation and the benefits of co-education. Particular attention is given to secondary school organizational culture and development cooperation as they provide exceptional service, educates children reaching secondary education in the same shape their future. Since the selected culture of the organization and develop appropriate communication with students, teachers and pupils 'parents owned or mainstream schools meet these days who became a hot issue, students and their parents' educational needs in the area.
