Kiekvienais metais į kultūros paveldo registrą įtraukiama vis daugiau nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo vertybių, todėl nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo vertybių tvarkybos tema vis aktualėja ir galimai jos aktualumo ateityje tik didės. Šio darbo tikslas yra išanalizuoti tvarkybos tvarką bei nustatyti, kokia tvarkybos kryptis tinkamiausia nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo tvarkybos darbų vykdymui - visiško autentiškumo ar prisitaikymo prie modernių poreikių.Magistro darbas sudarytas iš trijų pagrindinių dalių. Pirmoji dalis įvadinė ir nagrinėja kultūros paveldo vertybių bendrąją sampratą. Antroji dalis apžvalginė. Joje nagrinėjamos nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo statuso gavimo taisyklės, tvarkybos finansavimas, tvarkybos taisyklės ir praktika. Trečioje dalyje, pasitelkiant ekspertinį vertinimą, nustatoma geriausia tvarkybos darbų vykdymo kryptis.Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys pagrindinės dalys su poskyriais ir skyreliais, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 67 p. teksto be priedų, 47 iliustr., 21 lent., 32 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedamas 1 priedas.
With the inclusion of more and more real estate cultural heritage values in the register of cultural heritage every year, the topic of its heritage protection projects actuality is increasing and possibly will be increasing even more in the future. Therefore, the aim of this work is to analyze the rules and determine the direction of real estate cultural heritage projects - full authenticity or adaptation to modern needs.This masters article consists of three main parts. The first part is introductory, and it examines the general concept of cultural heritage. Second part deals with the rules for obtaining real estate cultural heritage status and with the rules and practices of heritage protection projects. In the third part, the best direction for carrying out heritage protection projects is determined with the help of expert assessment.The work consists of an introduction, three main parts with subsections and chapters, conclusions, and references. Thesis consists of: 67 p. text without appendixes, 47 pictures, 21 tables, 32 bibliographical entries. Annex 1 is attached separately.
