Abstract

Master final degree project consist of analytic and designing parts. Object of investigation – Vilnius old town tourists center. The target of this project – suggest the problem of the raised solution, based on the world hotels and tourists centers designing experience. The tasks to find the solution of this target where: 1) design high architectural quality functioning tourists center, which is up to modern standards and fills purchases needs. 2) suggest the concept of project’s surrounding (which is 66 blocks of Vilnius old town area) regulation, in consideration of the area historical evolution, present condition and predictable changes (town’s southern circuit extension).
