Magistro studijų baigiamojo darbo tikslas - geležinkelio ruožo teritorijos Šiaulių miesto centrinėje - urbanistinė architektūrinė koncepcija, urbanistinio komplekso detalizacija. Todėl sprendžiami šie uždaviniai - vizualinio identiteto kūrimas ir esamo vizualinių ryšių išlaikymas, kuriama nauja urbanistinė struktūra, naujų kvartalų akcentų ir dominančių formavimas, užstatymo tankumo ir intensyvumo didinimas, teritorijos integravimas į miesto urbanistinį audinį. Atliktos teritorijos esamos padėties analizės. Remiantis analizių rezultatais buvo nuspręsta riboti transporto infrastruktūros koridorių poveikį miesto centrinei daliai, kurti urbanistinių pocentrių miesto centrinės dalies pietuose sistemą, rekonstruoti Šiaulių miesto geležinkelio stoties kompleksą. Taip pat formuoti pastatų kompleksus, kurie taptų savotiškais „miesto vartais”, orientyrais, dominuotų miesto panoramose. Darbą sudaro grafinė medžiaga (planšetai ir erdviniai modeliai) ir tekstinė dalis: įvadas, analitinė dalis, teritorijos plėtros koncepcija, kvartalų grupės detalizacija, priedai.
Master's thesis objective - an urban architectural concept of railroad sector in the central part of Siauliai and detailing of an urban complex. Therefore, the following tasks were to be completed - maintaining the visual identity, creation of a new urban structure, creation and maintenance of an existing visual communication, creating a new net of the visual communication accents, increase building's density and intensity, area's integration of the territory of the city's urban fabric. Territory's analysis of the current situation was performed. Based on the results of the analysis, it was decided to limit the impact of transport infrastructure corridor to downtown, creating urban micro centers in the south of central part of the city, the reconstruction of the city of Siauliai railway station complex. Also, forming a urban centers that make some sort of "city gate" cues, dominate in the city skyline. The thesis consists of graphic material (10 boards and spatial models) and the explanatory text, which includes: introduction, analytical part of the area development, detailed description of the solution, annexes.
