POŽEMINĖ KONCERTŲ SALĖ VILNIUJEAnotacijaBaigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas yra atlikti pasirinkto sklypo, jo aplinkos bei projektuojamo pastato tyrimus. Vykdyti projektuojamos teritorijos ir jai artimos aplinkos detalius tyrimus, atsižvelgiant į juos parengti sklypo užstatymo ir sutvarkymo koncepciją, pateikti detalius sprendinius ir suprojektuoti tinkamą požeminę koncertų salę Vilniuje.Surinkti straipsnius, susijusius su projektuojamu pastatu, ir juos išanalizuoti. Požeminės koncertų salių darbas parengtas remiantis magistrinio studijų baigiamojo darbo užduotimi - darbo pradžioje atlikta esamos situacijos analizė, sukurta teritorijos tvarkymo bei užstatymo koncepcija, remiantis galiojančiais STR bei higienos reikalavimais. Darbo rezultatai: įvertinta planuojamos teritorijos situacija; atlikta esamos būklės analizė bei taikomieji tyrimai; parengta planuojamos teritorijos ir projektuojamo pastato koncepcija - jų pagrindu parengti detalūs sprendiniai, remiantis topografine medžiaga bei apžiūrint sklypą ir visą Vilniaus miestą vietoje, atliekant fotofiksaciją.Darbo sudėtis ir apimtis: koncepcijos pagrindu parengti teritorijos užstatymo bei naudojimo sprendiniai; pateiktas tūrinis pastato sprendimas bei jo išdetalizavimas; padarytos atlikto darbo išvados ir aptartos darbo rezultatų panaudojimo galimybės. Įvadas, analitinė, tiriamoji ir projektinė dalys, išvados, projektas ir priedai.
UNDERGROUND CONCERT HALL IN VILNIUSAnnotationThe subject of the final master theses is to make a research of chosen site, its surroundings and theme of the building. The outcome of detailed analysis should be reflected in the close surrounding of the site, design of the landscape and building concept. All of the three elements has to be seen as one concept of a underground concert hall in Vilnius. The method of analysis is to collect and analise articles, scientific papers, photofixations and valid building regulations of chosen theme and site. The concept of territory and the building is based on the information of analysis.The final master project meets requirements on the „Master theses assignment”.Final results: Estimation of possibilities of the territory according to the topography and photofixation material of the site; Analysis of chosen site and related surroundings; Concept deveopement of the site and the building; Developement of detalisation of the site and the building; The outcome of the work: Conceptual proposition for the site and the use of the site; Detailed proposal for the volume of the building and the functional scheme in the building; The outcome of the research and design is analysed, discussed and finalised. The volume of the work: introduction, analitical part, research part, project part, supplements.
