Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos skirtinguose statybos projektų valdymo etapuose iškylančios problemos, siūlomi galimi jų sprendimo būdai. Analizuojamos problemų atsiradimo priežastys statybos projektų valdymo, planavimo, išlaidų valdymo, darbų organizavimo ir valdymo, kokybės, rizikos ir žmgiškųjų resursų valdymo etapuose ir srityse. Nagrinėjant praktikoje naudojamus pavyzdžius, siūlomi problemų sprendimo būdai. Aptariami sutarčių sudarymo keblumai ir galimybės jų išvengti. Daug dėmesio skiriama informacinių technologijų panaudojimui statybos projektams inicijuoti, organizuoti ir valdyti. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius problemų atsiradimo ir jų sprendimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, projektas - valdymo forma, investiciniai ir statybos projektai, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedai.Darbo apimtis - 85 psl. teksto be priedų, 14 iliustr., 2 lent.
The Master's Thesis contains research on problems arising in different stages of construction project management, and the suggested methods of solution the problems. There is an analysis provided here in connection with origination of problems in the following stages of construction project management: planning, cost management, work arrangement and management, management of quality, risk and human resources. There are the methods of problems solution proposed here on the ground of research on samples applied in practice. The Thesis also contains discussion on touchy issues of conclusion of contracts and possibilities to avoid them. A lot of attention is drawn for application of information technologies in initiation of construction projects, organising and management thereof. There are finding and proposals of the Thesis given here after the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of origination of problems and their solution. 6 parts constitute the Thesis: introduction, project - form of management, investment and construction projects, finding and proposals, list of literature, annexes.
