Baigiamajame magistro darbe atliekamo tyrimo tikslas yra suprojektuoti empiriškai pagrįstą žaliojo verslo modelį mažmeninei elektroninei prekybai, orientuotą į poveikio aplinkai mažinimą. Remiantis mokslinės literatūros sistemine analize suformuotas teorinis žaliojo verslo modelis bei poveikio aplinkai mažinimo kriterijų ir subkriterijų rinkinys. Empirinėje darbo dalyje atlikta ekspertinė apklausa ir pritaikytas AHP metodas, kuris leido empiriškai nustatyti svarbiausius mažmeninės elektroninės prekybos poveikio aplinkai mažinimo sprendimus. Remiantis gautais rezultatais ir hierarchine sistema, suprojektuotas mažmeninės elektroninės prekybos žaliojo verslo modelis, integruojantis prioritetinius poveikio aplinkai mažinimo sprendimus į verslo modelio drobės elementus. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius mažmeninės elektroninės prekybos poveikio aplinkai mažinimo aspektus, pateikiami žaliojo verslo modelis mažmeninėje elektroninėje prekyboje ir baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro įvadas, mokslinės literatūros analizė mažmeninės elektroninės prekybos poveikio aplinkai mažinimo tematika, ekspertinės apklausos ir analitinio hierarchinio proceso metodo taikymas mažmeninėje elektroninėje prekyboje, žaliojo verslo modelis mažmeninėje elektorninėje prekyboje, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 85 p. teksto be priedų, 11 iliustr., 19 lent., 204 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The aim of the research conducted in this master’s thesis is to design an empirically grounded green business model for retail e-commerce, focused on reducing environmental impact. Based on a systematic analysis of the scientific literature, a theoretical green business model and a set of criteria and sub-criteria for environmental impact reduction were developed. In the empirical part of the thesis, an expert survey was carried out and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was applied, which made it possible to empirically identify the most important solutions for reducing the environmental impact of retail e-commerce. Drawing on the obtained results and the hierarchical system, a green business model for retail e-commerce was designed, integrating priority environmental impact mitigation solutions into the elements of the Business Model Canvas. Having examined the theoretical and practical aspects of reducing the environmental impact of retail e-commerce, the green business model for retail e-commerce and the conclusions of the thesis are presented. The study consists of an introduction, an analysis of scientific literature on reducing the environmental impact of retail e-commerce, the application of an expert survey and the Analytic Hierarchy Process method in retail e-commerce, a green business model in retail e-commerce, conclusions, list of references. The volume of the thesis is 85 pages of text without appendices, 11 figures, 19 tables, and 204 bibliographic sources. The appendices of the thesis are provided separately.
