Gamybos ir statybos technologijos leidžia kurti naujas medžiagas, kurių naudojimą statyboje riboja projektinės informacijos ir standartų trūkumas. Konstrukciniams poreikiams neretai naudojami pultruzijos būdu pagaminti stiklo pluošto profiliuočiai, kurie yra šio baigiamojo darbo tyrimo objektas. Tokių elementų atsparumas dėl įtempių lokalizacijos yra mažas, todėl šio darbo tikslas - išnagrinėti armuoto polimero profiliuočių stiprinimo galimybes. Polimerinės sąstandos, pagamintos 3D spausdintuvu, naudojamos profiliuočiams stiprinti fizikinio bandymo metu. Magistro mokslinis darbas sudarytas iš trijų pagrindinių dalių - pluoštinių medžiagų gamybos ir stiprinimo būdų apžvalgos, skaitinių modelių sudarymo taikant skirtingas kompiuterines programas ir profiliuočių mechaninio atsparumo eksperimentinių tyrimų. Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojami moksliniai literatūros šaltiniai norint išnagrinėti pluoštinių medžiagų savybes, panaudojimo būdus ir jau atliktus eksperimentinius tyrimus. Antroje dalyje nustatomi pluoštu armuoto polimero profiliuočių skaitinio modeliavimo ypatumai. Trečioje dalyje atliekami eksperimentiniai stiprinimo bandymai, naudojant 3D spausdintuvu pagamintas sąstandas. Šioje dalyje taip pat sudaromas skaitinis stiprinto profiliuočio modelis (taikant antroje tyrimų dalyje parinktą programą) optimalaus sąstandų išdėstymui nustatyti ir įvertinti įtempių persiskirstymą polimerinėje medžiagoje. Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys pagrindinės dalys, išvados ir rekomendacijos, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 66 p., 67 paveikslai, 7 lentelės, 24 literatūros šaltiniai.
Manufacturing and construction technologies ensure the development of new high-performance materials. However, a lack of design information and standards limits the construction use of these products. The fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) pultruded profiles, which are often used for structural purposes, describe the object of this MSc Thesis. The resistance of such elements to stress localization is low; thus, this work aims to investigate the possibilities of strengthening the FRP profiles. Polymeric stiffeners produced using 3D printing technology are used for strengthening purposes in physical tests. The MSc Thesis consists of three main parts: an overview of methods of production and strengthening of fibrous materials, creation of numerical models with different software programs, and experimental research of the strengthened profiles. The first part of the work analyzes the scientific literature in order to examine the properties of fibrous materials, methods of application and already performed experimental researches. The second part identifies the features of numerical modeling of fiber-reinforced polymer profiles, applying different commercial software. In the third part, bending tests of the strengthened FRP profiles, using 3D printed stiffeners, are performed. This part also provides a numerical model of reinforced profile (using the program selected in the second part of the research) to determine and evaluate the optimal distribution of stiffeners and redistribution of stresses in the polymer material. The work consists of an introduction, three main parts, conclusions and recommendations, references. Thesis consists of 66 pages, 67 figures, 7 tables, and 24 literature references.
